Sky Has Heart!

I was leaving the grocery store on a hot September day when I saw it -

A single cloud in the brilliant blue sky.

I think it must have been put there for a reason.

Could that reason have been me?

Cloudy Heart

When you look up at the cloud-strewn sky, what do you see?

Do you see hearts???

I do!

Glowing Heart at Sunset

As mom and I drove home from our first annual "Thanksgiving Leftover Party" at my sister-in-law's apartment, a bright glow appeared in the western sky. 

 

As we watched, the clouds parted into a glowing heart!

It was a beautiful and magical moment

I chose this picture Tina posted last week on her blog, "Tina's PicStory".

The "broken hearts" Tina found in the skies brought tears to my eyes.

Then, as I looked closer ... through a blurry mist of grief, I saw something else.

An angel.

Do you see it?

The mists cleared away as I realized that joy, peace, love and miracles are always there, to help ease the pain of a broken heart.

Dani went on vacation for a couple of weeks, and I do believe this photo is from that vacation. I immediately fell in love with the glowing cloud heart. It takes my breath away!

Dani is soon to be traveling back to school in China (she has been home in Macedonia for the summer break).

Cloud Shadow Heart - Shadow Shot Sunday

The storm clouds of the past 3 months have gone, and yesterday was a beautifully sunny day. Before the clouds left, though, I caught this heart in their shadows!

Partly Cloudy Afternoon

My sister Beth and I spent a day together, cleaning my parents' house in preparation for their return after their accident.

Afternoon came, and we had accomplished much! Up until the point when we both looked up and saw the clouds. We raced for our cameras and spent much of the rest of the day discovering one miracle after another. Like this beautiful heart.

Glowing Heart Cloud

The clouds were fantastic that early evening. I found so many beautiful designs and images. Then I spotted the heart - it seemed to glow.

I also saw a sheep(?) jumping out of the heart. What do you see?

Rainbow Cloud

She called me this morning, my sister Beth. She couldn't believe the clouds ... if you know her, you know she was seeing (and photographing) angels. She gasped - "Oh my! There's a rainbow in one of those clouds!" She doesn't see me stick my tongue out at the phone. The NOT cordless phone. All I can see are leaves through a dirty window! Of course there would be a rainbow at her house! She always gets the best clouds!!!

Huh! Rainbow in the clouds, indeed! We talk for a while then hang up. Now I can go out and look. I gasp - There's a rainbow in one of those clouds! (If you enlarge the picture, you will see it better) And the cloud is a heart!

I take back that sticking out tongue thing, sissie. Oh and sissie, there is a dove in the heart too!

Glorylight!

I was going through the pictures on my camera and remembering good times ... when I noticed a picture I took at my sister's house during the yard sale. Much to my amazement, I had captured a cloudy day heart, glorylight spilling from it's depths!

Cloudy Morning Heart

The clouds are heavy this morning,
Sometimes leaking tiny drops onto my head.
I didn't expect to find a heart,
In between the random showers.

Look to the Clouds ...

Once again I thank my sissie-kins Beth and her awesome cloud pictures for reminding me to look up. Yes, I do tend to walk around with my nose to the pavement and sometimes forget there is life above. I find all sorts of interesting things on the ground, but looking up yields its own rewards of outstanding beauty - and sometimes amazing hearts!
