There is a heart in this gorgeous drawing Beth posted on her blog, "Beth's Artworx".

Thank you, sissie, for sharing your heart!

Do you see shapes in nature?

Guest Heart Thursday #168

Welcome to Guest Heart Thursday -
A Place to Share YOUR Heart!

Happy Independence Day to my U.S. Friends!
Be Safe - Have Fun - Find Hearts!

Jeannette is an incredible artist, a beautiful and warm-hearted lady, and a good blogging friend, who has just returned from a wonderful adventure! I immediately saw the upside-down heart on this rock Jeannette posted on her blog, "Artistique". Do you see it?

Be sure to visit Jeannette's "Art Notes" to see her wonderful and amazing artwork!

Thank you, Jesh, for sharing your heart!

Once again I caught JM sharing his heart ... I mean hearts! Look at all of the wonderful hearts on this beautiful red fence! I would love to go sit on one of those benches and daydream, wouldn't you?

You can catch JM's gorgeous photography at his blog, "Lisbon and the Sunny Coast".

Thank you, again, JM - for sharing your heart!

I want to invite you over to "Ol Mother Hubbard" ...
I've been following her for a while now, and am amazed and delighted by her creativity.

I am also incredibly honored that one of my hearts is featured on her first ever "Treasure Chest Thursday"!

Thank you, Ol Mother Hubbard, for sharing your heart!
(and mine!)

As always - a huge thank you to all who linked up with Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing the delightful and amazing hearts you found in your world!!!

Guest Heart Thursday #62

Welcome to Guest Heart Thursday -
A place to share YOUR heart!

Judy is one of my favorite artists - her talent is awe inspiring, as you will see when you visit her over at "Judy Grupp Studio".

Judy has been sharing bits and pieces of her newest project - and I can't wait to see the whole finished piece!

Not just because it has so many hearts (which I love!) but because her art is so amazing!

Thank you, Judy, for sharing your hearts ... and your finished project - SOON!

Gayle is another artist that inspires me. Gayle specializes in Mixed Media, Rubber Stamping, Altered Art, Jewelry Design and Digital Art. And she is amazing!!! You can visit her at her blog "A Stamper's Touch".

Thank you, Gayle, for sharing your heart!

Jeannette caught this beautiful fountain mid-splash. If you look carefully at the top of the water, you will see a perfect heart!

Jeannette shares her photos and artwork on her blog "Mysteries". To see more of her stunning artwork, visit her "Art Notes" - and prepare to be amazed and inspired!

Thank you, Jeannette, for sharing your heart!

Darlene is another amazing artist. Her blog "A Dancing Mango" is a great inspiration to me.
Not only is Darlene a wonderful photographer, and a talented artist ... she is also one of the kindest and nicest people I've met in Blogland.

Thank you, Darlene, for sharing your art, and your heart!

Owen is also an artist (a fact which he has difficulty believing!!!). He captures the most amazing colors and patterns in his world, and shares them on his blog "Magic Lantern Show (Or ... Mr. Toad's Travel Diary)".

Owen writes about this beautiful heart ... "If you have been visiting this thoroughly obscure blog for any length of time, you will know by now how crazy I am about the beauty in decay; the fabulous subtleties to be found in rusting iron and fading paint."

Thank you, Mr. Toad, for sharing your ART, and your heart!

One world. One people. One heart.

As always - huge thank you to all who participated in Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing all of the delightful hearts you found in your world!

Guest Heart Thursday #53

Welcome to Guest Heart Thursday -
A place to share YOUR heart!!!

Susannah (you may know her as "Wanderin' Weeta") is one of those people who has forever changed the way I look at the world.
She sees the tiny beauty in her own world ... things I never ever would have thought to look for - until now.
When Susannah finds a heart, I KNOW it is going to be unique!

Thank you, Susannah, for changing my life ... and for sharing your heart!

Gemma over at "Gemma's 'Greyscale Territory' Poetic Songlines" is a wonderful photographer, and a great friend. When you visit her blog, which I highly recommend, make sure you read the Haiku she includes in every post. I've never seen anyone paint such beautiful word pictures ... with so few words.

Thank you, Gemma, for sharing your Haiku ... and your heart.
You are AMAZING.

Another wonderful friend and artist ... Darlene at "A Dancing Mango".
Besides being an amazing artist (check out the sidebar on her blog!) ... Darlene is one of the nicest, sweetest and kindest people in Blogland, I am honored to know her.

Thank you, Darlene, for the inspiration you are to me ... and for sharing your heart!

When you visit Jeannette over at "Mysteries", you are in for a treat. Her blog is a happy place ... with wonderful photos (and more!) full of beauty, and fun.

But if you want to see the STUNNING side of Jeannette, you need to visit her other blog ... "Art Notes". And prepare to be AMAZED (and that's all I'm going to say -- you'll see what I mean!)!!!

Thank you, Jeannette, for sharing your heart ... and soul.

Deann's "Whimsey Asylum" is another place I love to hang out. Deann is yet another FANTASTIC artist, whose digital artwork is stunning.

And she doesn't think I notice how many hearts find their way into her work!!!

Thank you, Deann, for your friendship ... and your heart.

One world. One people. One heart.

As always - huge thank you to all who participated in Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing all of the delightful hearts you found in your world! Here's to another wonderful heart seeking year!

Guest Heart Thursday #45

Welcome to Guest Heart Thursday -
A place to share YOUR hearts!

Jeannette is an artist who lives in Costa Mesa, California, US ... who has traveled all over the world. She has a doctorate in psychology (Psy.D.) which is impressive - but more impressive to me is the beauty she finds in the world - in photos, words and in her paintings.

Jeannette shares her world in her blog "Mysteries". To see her amazing artwork, visit her other blog "Art Notes". You won't be disappointed!

Thank you, my dear friend, for sharing your world - and your heart!

You may know her as "Johnny Nutcase", but her real name is Jill, and her blog, "Count Your Chicken! We're Taking Over!" is full of the beauty she finds in her world.

Jill is a seasonal field biologist who travels the backroads of the US with her husband Zac in search of the natural world - documenting and photographing what she finds.

Like this beautiful cactus heart.

Thank you, Jill, for sharing your love of nature, your amazing photography, and your heart.
I am in awe of you guys!

Ebie found this beautiful heart at a place called "Salvation Mountain" in Niland, California. It is actually etched and painted on an old junked car!

I hope you take the time to visit Ebie over at "Deranged Insanity" - her blog is wonderful!

Thank you, Ebie, for sharing your heart.
P.S. - I love the "E" - I think it must have been made just for you!

I can't say enough about James over at "Newtown Area Photo". He has completely changed the way I look at the world through his meme "Weekend Reflections".

James probably didn't realize it when he took this wonderful reflection self-portrait, but take a look under his left armpit. It's a HEART!!!

Thank you, James, for being an inspiration to so many of us reflections fans - and thank you for sharing this heart!

I don't get to see my sister-in-law, Bert, very often. It seems I'm always on the go when I stop by her place. Sigh.

But look what Bert found outside the door of her apartment manager's place.
A PERFECT heart!

Thank you Bert, for being such a wonderful lady - and for sharing your heart!

As always - huge thank you to all who participated in Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing all of the delightful hearts you found in your world!

Guest Heart Thursday #25

Robert found these beautiful hearts during a seaside walk.

Robert's blog, Daily Athens, is a joy to me. He takes wonderful pictures of his city ... but he also is a gifted poet who frequently makes me stop and think. Sometimes his words are so beautiful they bring tears to my eyes.

Thank you so much, ρομπερτ, for sharing your heart.

Jeannette over at Castle St. Germaine is an exceptional artist.
Her paintings are brilliant!

And her dessert ... well, it was brilliant too - because she found these gorgeous hearts!

Thank you, Jeannette, for brightening the world with your art ... and for sharing your hearts!

Dorothy is retired, with two blogs. One features her crafts (Coffeedoff Crafting), the other her photos (Coffeedoff's Coffee Break).
She actively participates in memes - and I'm so glad she found her way to Guest Heart Thursday with this wonderful potato heart!

Thank you, Dorothy, for sharing this wonderful potato ... er, heart!
I hope you baked it and (oh I just can't resist) 'ate your heart out' ??? !!!

Viridian, over at Viridian's Blog absolutely amazed me with this beautiful rock heart.
I've found rock hearts before ... but never one so PERFECT!

Please check out her blog. She is starting a life journey that inspires me.
She may just inspire you as well.

Thank you for sharing your heart, my friend.
Good luck on your quest.

Pearmama is a beautiful artist who has a way with words that makes me laugh. Whenever I am feeling down, I head on over to her blog, Pearmama's World, to enjoy her delightful way of looking at her world.

She made these gorgeous shoes for her niece's birthday. Her talent is awesome, as you can see!

Thank you, Pearmama, for sharing your world in such an incredibly honest way ... and for sharing your heart.

A huge thank you to all who participated in Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing the amazing hearts you found in your world!

Guest Heart Thursday #9

I love the delicate yellow and orange of this beautiful buttercup heart found by Jeannette over at Mysteries.

She also surprised me with the information that hearts are a recurring theme in Delft blue dishes - and warmed my heart with some memories of her childhood spent mostly in Holland.

For those of you who don't know Jeannette, she is a very gifted artist who continually touches my heart - you really need to check out her work!

Thank you for these hearts today, Jeannette!
I will now keep my eyes open for Delft blue heart dishes!

Cheryl over at Nostalgia: Today and Yesterday found this heart-filled sky for her Skywatch Friday post last week. Look closely. How many hearts do YOU see?

I'll give you a hint - there are a BUNCH!

And does everybody know that Cheryl has a second blog?

No? Well the secret is out now - you can find it HERE!

Because she also found this beautiful fluffy moss heart to share with the world!

A personal note for Cheryl - I love the way you see the world - and share your world. You are one of the reasons why Random Hearts was started, and I appreciate your warmth, support and beautiful comments. Thank you!

Beth over at Expect the Unexpected found this beautiful heart in silhouette while she was at the beach. Isn't it amazing?

Beth is a wonderful and gifted artist who continually delights me with her talent and whimsy. You can see her beautiful artwork, including her amazing 'cloud paintings' at Beth's Artworx.

Thank you to all who participated in this week's Guest Heart Thursday!

Have YOU found a heart? If so, I want to hear from you!
You can post your heart, and leave me a comment here, or you can e-mail me and either attach your heart, or a link to where your heart is posted. For e-mail information, please see my sidebar. Please be sure to give me your permission to copy and use your heart on Guest Heart Thursday.

I am so very humbled and honored that so many people have found so many hearts and thought of this blog. It brings tears to my eyes, and joy to my heart.

Guest Heart Thursday

My friend Pamela at Dum Spiro Spero sent me this picture of a piece of bread she got with her meal ... shaped like a heart!

My friend Jeannette at mysteries found a heart too - in a piece of wood!

It seems hearts keep popping up all over! Believe me when I say I am awed and humbled when someone says 'I saw a random heart today and thought of you".

So ... have you seen a heart lately? If so, post it on your blog. Then leave me a comment letting me know it's there, with your permission to copy and post on Random Hearts.

For my wonderful friends who have posted their hearts in the past, please leave a comment with a link to that page. I tend to be more forgetful since I had my stroke, and I want to find
YOUR wayward hearts!
