I found this fossilized clam shell at the beach some years ago. I discovered the heart in 2009 as I was working in my rock garden.
We heat our home with a fireplace only.
One day in March, 2009, I was putting more wood on the fire when I noticed the tiny hearts.
I was walking with my sister
Beth last July when I spotted this beautiful white morning glory flower. Imagine our delight when we both spotted the heart in the center!
There haven't been little kids living here for a long time - but they left their mark.
I found this Barbie head near the woods a couple of years ago ...
And realized it was one of my favorite hearts. Ever.
In March of 2009 I found mark on a piece of metal in one of the mechanical rooms at the then-abandoned mega church across the street.
In my imagination it looked like arms and hands - holding out a heart.
Happy Valentine's Day, everyone!

Happy Hearts Day Clytie...
Even though Valentine's day is limited to one day a year, you found a way to celebrate it every week! So an extra happy hearts day, Clytie!
BTW love the fossilized clam shell:)
A sweet way to celebrate a sweet day! Love these hearts revisited. :)
Fun heart sightings. Hope you're having a nice day (aside from the wind and pouring rain). ;-)
Thank you for the compliment on my photo.
No, my camera doesn't have a setting for that type of colorization. I did the work in PS. :-)

I really enjoyed revisiting your hearts and hearing the stories behind them. I think you should do this now and then--a kind of Heart Review!
Love you, Sissy!
