The tomatoes were on the verge of going bad.
And I wasn't in the mood to process them for canning.
So I pulled out the dehydrator, set it to work.
By this morning, the tomatoes were dry, and the house smelled delicious.
As I packed the tomatoes into a plastic bag,
I came across this perfect dried tomato heart.
Just to remind me how good it is ...
This life.
This harvest.

I have always wanted one of those dehydrators, how do they work etc. sorry don't mean to be dumb on them. Whenever I see any type of heart I think of my best friend - Y-O-U.
