Victoria's Hearts
I totally overlooked these beautiful leaf (Cottonwood, I think) hearts, and walked on by. But my daughter saw them and pointed them out to me. Even though they are worn and torn, they are still Random Hearts.
They are not only Random Hearts, but in their tattered state they are spectacular. I especially love the tilty heart on the right. How could it possibly be so perfectly shaped? Beautiful! I like the name, too--Victoria's Hearts.
"Though life may try to trodden, flatten and change us, our Heart and Soul remains!"
Why hearts?
Because random hearts are everywhere! In nature, in coffee, in piles of trash. In fact, finding hearts is very addictive. The more you find, the more you see. I hope you come to the place where you can't help but notice the hearts of YOUR world!
As life changes, I find myself far from what my dreams had imagined. Reality has found me caring for my elderly mom who is sliding deeper into Alzheimers ... every day has become a unique challenge. The best I can do is to try to life as normal as possible for those around me.

Even old hearts need love.
