I leave the house early on Thursdays, when it's time to go to Tigard to pick up mom at the Senior Center. That way I get to take a walk around the nearby Fanno Creek Nature Park.
That's where I found this tree -
It's scarred trunk showing the
True Heart of Fanno Creek.

Sissy Cea thank you so much for your love and concern you not only collect hearts you give them away as well. I want you to know how much it means to me to have friends like you and Beth and Jann for that matter...you're all so special to me. Thank you. You have my heart.
And the tree shares its heart with all! You have an amazing eye for hearts! I am trying hard to broaden my horizons when looking for hearts, not just rock hearts!
Its a large heart...awesome.
I love that park--I've never had the chance to walk around there, though--you and I must do that sometime!
This heart is just exquisite and fills my eyes, sweet Sissy!
Maybe it's just me, but I feel sad, as if the heart is being ripped out...
