I had a long hard day today, with a lot of driving and waiting. During one of my 'waiting' times, I found this beautiful heart in the parking lot. Someone's used chewing gum ... poor thing -- chewed out, spat on, squashed flat, driven upon, never noticed ... and yet still, somehow, a stunning heart. There's a lesson here for me....

Ooooh, you are right, there is such beauty here! How did you get a squashed gum heart to glow like that?

I wasn't there, but I heard about it!
The squashed gum glowed because the rain had just stopped and the sun burst out for 30 seconds or so ... just for me.
Yeah, the sparkle on the black asphalt works to great effect, and I love the "scar" on the heart, too.
