Guest Heart Thursday #14

Deadheading flowers can be a chore - unless you find a heart!
That's what Squirrel Queen found - when she posted this
beautiful broken heart on her blog Through Squirrel Eyes.

I found out a few things about this delightful blogger ... she has a
second blog - The Road To Here that you really should check out ...
And best of all, she loves my favorite author of all time - DEAN KOONTZ!!!

Beth, over at Expect the Unexpected is my best friend.
She is also my sister.
Seriously, same mother and father and all!
We were walking at the abandoned church when she found
this gorgeous thimbleberry heart.

Cheryl over at Nostalgia: Today and Yesterday found these
gorgeous red hearts.

When I looked closer, I found hearts within hearts.
A perfect find!

Thank you Cheryl - you have been an inspiration to me!

And look at the gorgeous yellow hearts found by Dani over at Snow Flowers.

I am constantly amazed by Dani's eye for finding unexpected
beauty in the world.

Thank you, my friend!

There is beauty in this rose that Halcyon at Jackson Daily Photo found in
Berlin. And I'm not just talking about the gorgeous red heart.

You see, Halcyon knows that this heart is love - sent to her from her
wonderful Mother-in-Law - who is going through rough times right now.

I got tears in my eyes as I read her message.
It's not every day you find a HEART with HEART!

Thank you to all heart seekers out there.
May you find some today!!!

If you have found a heart, please join us for Guest Heart Thursday. Just link the URL of your heart to Linky!
Have you found more than one heart?
Put in more than one link!
Is your heart from a long time ago?
It doesn't matter, as long as you put the direct URL link to that post!
I can't wait to see your amazing hearts!

Oooh, Sissy--I just noticed what you wrote--and you made me cry. I wish I could give you a hug just now--as I feel just the same way about you. ((HUGS)))

Hearts & flowers, what a beautiful mix. Thank you for the kind words (blush). I really hadn't noticed that many hearts until I found your blog, you are a great inspiration. It's great to find another Dean Koontz lover too!

I love all these hearts! And I just love your blog too. It's good to have online friends with heart. :D

PS: My FiL is quite ill and my MiL is his constant caretaker. As is often the case, there is rarely anyone to take care of the caretaker. It's a very stressful situation for everyone. But I was so happy to be with her a few weeks ago. She hasn't had much time to work in her garden lately, but it's still filled with beautiful flowers. I just know this heart was from her.

What a lovely idea to have a blog about hearts in the world. I'm always seeing hearts in things...ironically in stones and on the beach in shells. I'll try to find one of these photos and do a post soon.
