Guest Heart Thursday #174

Welcome to Guest Heart Thursday -
A Place to Share YOUR Heart!

If you haven't met the beautiful and gentle spirit of Tammie Lee, then you've never visited "Spirithelpers". Tammie Lee is an incredible artist, who paints with both a brush and a camera lens. Through her canvases, her photos, her words and her soul - she brings joy and peace to my world.

Thank you, Tammie Lee, for sharing your heart!

I'm not sure how I ended up over at Kathy's blog, "You'll Shoot Your Eye Out".
(I think it was one of Debbie's posts and I followed a link!)

Kathy posts random bits and pieces of her life, and also hosts a fun meme - "Song-ography" - which she calls "a fun mash-up of photography and song titles"!

Do you see the heart in this GORGEOUS ocean shot?

There - do you see it now???

Isn't it simply adorable?

Thank you, Kathy, for sharing your heart!

As always - a huge thank you to all who linked up with Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing the delightful and amazing hearts you found in your world!!!

Guest Heart Thursday #111

Welcome to Guest Heart Thursday -
A Place to Share YOUR Heart!

Leovi stunned me last week with this gorgeous heart ...

But, then, Leovi's amazing art photos ALWAYS stun me!

Check it out by visiting Leovi's "Abstract Photos" - you will see what I mean!!!

Thank you, Leovi, for sharing your heart!

Have you ever visited Paris?
You have probably never seen it the way Owen does ...
Through his camera lens, the history of this beautiful city comes alive.
In a way you will ONLY see at Owen's "Magic Lantern Show"!

Thank you, Owen, for sharing your heart!

It has been nearly a year since Rachel has posted to her blog, "Art+Food+Friends" ...
I miss Rachel!
Her last post featured this beautiful collage she made.

Thank you, Rachel, for sharing your heart.
I hope someday you will update us on how your life is going!

When I think of Montana ... I think of majestic beauty.
I think of wildflowers and mountains.
And I think of Tammie Lee.

Tammie Lee's breathtaking photos are always accompanied by words that touch my heart, soul and spirit. Maybe that's why her blog, "Spirithelpers", is a place I love to visit when I need a haven of peace.

Thank you, Tammie Lee, for sharing your heart!

JM is part of the hugely popular "City Daily Photo" network of blogs.
"Oeiras and Environs Daily Photo" has introduced me to the amazingly beautiful country of Portugal. I feel like I've been there, even though I probably never will.

JM is not only an incredible photographer, but he finds the most amazing shots - he kind of reminds me of Owen that way!!!

Thank you, JM, for sharing your heart!

As always - a huge thank you to all who linked up with Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing all of the delightful and amazing hearts you found in your world!

Guest Heart Thursday #105

Welcome to Guest Heart Thursday -
A Place to Share YOUR Heart!

I had to giggle at Debbie's story about the uncooperative goose ... it seems she was trying to take his portrait to post on her blog "It's All About Purple" ... but he kept turning his back to her.

Turns out it's because he wanted Debbie to see his heart!

Thank you, Debbie, for sharing your heart!

I'm still getting my fix of Florida sunshine over at Claire's "Tallahassee Daily Photos". Just look at this amazing postcard she found - the heart is beautiful - but isn't the message hysterical???

Thank you, Claire, for sharing your heart!

When my niece Tiffi visited us last year, she found this unusual heart ...
An old rusty chainsaw chain had been left on top of the fireplace ...
The funny thing is ... only Tiffi recognized the heart!

Thank you, dear Tiffani, for sharing your heart!

When I need some beauty and quiet time in my life, I head over to "Spirithelpers". I know that the beauty Tammie Lee finds will be sweetly echoed in the words she uses to describe her world ... Do you see the icy twig heart in this shot?

Thank you, Tammie Lee, for sharing your heart!

To see the delicate hearts in Tammie Lee's butterflies, you should enlarge this shot. There are tiny hearts everywhere!!!

Thank you, again, Tammie Lee - for sharing your heart!

One world. One people. One heart.

As always - a huge thank you to all who linked up with Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing all of the delightful and amazing hearts you found in your world!

Guest Heart Thursday #84

Welcome to Guest Heart Thursday -
A place to share YOUR heart!

One of the most amazing random hearts I've ever seen was sent to me by Kay.
When I opened her e-mail, I was blown away!
I couldn't believe the heart Kay found on one of those restaurant jam container tops!
But what I love most is that Kay kept this heart.

Kay and her daughter Adrienne are wonderful heart-seekers, and I can't wait to share more of the hearts they send!

(Kay has a Facebook account, but being "Facebook challenged", I don't know how to access it to link here. I'm sorry, Kay!)

Thank you Kay and Adrienne, for sharing your hearts!

Ruth found this amazing heart at an orchid show in Thailand, and posted it on her blog, "Heart's Garden".

I found Ruth's orchid heart linked up to Tina's PicStory's "Weekend Flowers" - and of course it caught my eye right away!

When I visited Ruth's blog, I was touched deeply by a quote on her sidebar ...
"When I'm in my garden, I'm also gardening my heart. I sow seeds of love, patience and joy, and I pull out weeds of discouragement and despair. Every morning I wake up with the hope of harvest in mind."

Thank you, Ruth, for sharing your garden ... and your heart!

Scrappy Grams posted this heart-shaped photo of her late husband's father and step-mother on her blog "Scrappy Grams" - where I found it linked up to Al's "Sunday Scans".

If you have never visited Scrappy Grams, you are in for a delightful and whimsical journey!

Thank you, Scrappy Grams, for sharing your heart!

Isn't this an amazing wooden bowl heart? Judy was taking a walk when she found it in a garden, and posted it on her blog, "Lilac Gate". I love that she took the shot as-is ... weathered over the years, leaves and garden debris included.

Judy takes amazing photos of the world around her -- her macros are STUNNING!

Thank you, Judy, for sharing your heart!

When I think of Montana (US), I think of snow ... of mountains ... of indescribable beauty ... and I think of Tammie Lee.

Tammie Lee shares her stunning photographs and heart-touching poems on her blog, "Spirithelpers" ... and her beautiful artwork on her blog, "Beauty Flows".

Thank you, Tammie Lee, for sharing the beauty of your soul ... and for sharing your heart!

One world. One people. One heart.

As always - a huge thank you to all who linked up with Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing all of the delightful and amazing hearts you found in your world!

Guest Heart Thursday #52

Welcome to a Special Edition of
Guest Heart Thursday!
A place to share YOUR heart!

Why is it so special?
Because it's WEEK 52 -
One year since Guest Heart Thursday started!

I am featuring just a few of the many hearts found this past year ...

Dani over at "Snow Flowers" found this beautiful leaf heart, glistening with diamond raindrops.
Dani also has another blog, "A Lovely Home For Hearts", where she shares the amazing hearts that find their way to her!

Thank you, Dani, for sharing your hearts!

During this past year, hearts have been found all over the world ... from the US to South America, from Australia to India and China - and beyond!

Cheryl posted this beautiful bouquet of hearts on her blog "Nostalgia: Today and Yesterday".
Cheryl also has another blog called "March to March", which I am happy to say has reached it's second "March" and is still going strong!

Thank you, Cheryl, for sharing your hearts!

During the past year, there have been 243 featured hearts ...

Several years ago I found a memory card on the ground outside an old abandoned nursery ... now a fast food restaurant. I was never able to locate the owners.

But Anonymous had taken this picture of a driftwood heart!

Thank you, Anonymous, for sharing your heart. I'm sorry you had to lose it in order for me to find it.

So far, this has been the only Anonymous heart featured.

Jay Leigh loves nature, and that shows in her blog "Pacific Northwest Nature For Families".
Jay Leigh found this gorgeous bindweed leaf heart while on a nature walk with her kids.

Thank you, Jay Leigh, for sharing your hearts!

Guest Heart Thursday has been linked to more than 630 heart posts!

Tammie Lee found this driftwood heart ... so calm and serene. You can find more of Tammie Lee's stunning photography and poetry at "Spirithelpers".

Thank you, Tammie Lee, for sharing your heart!

I wish I could feature every single heart YOU have found ... but I don't have room!
Please know that I have visited and enjoyed each and every Guest Heart link, and am awed and amazed at the hearts YOU find each week!

One world. One people. One heart.

THANK YOU ALL FOR SHARING THE HEARTS YOU HAVE FOUND IN YOUR WORLDS THIS PAST YEAR. I LOVE AND APPRECIATE YOU ALL! I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO ANOTHER FANTASTIC HEART-SEEKING YEAR!

Guest Heart Thursday #47

Welcome to Guest Heart Thursday
A place to share YOUR heart!

When Texwisgirl sent me a link to Becky and Gary over at "Woodynook Creations", I could hardly believe my eyes ... Do you see what I see?
Lots and lots of hearts on this beautiful starling they posted for World Bird Wednesday last week!

Thank you Becky and Gary for sharing your hearts,
And thank YOU Texwisgirl for finding them!

Jill's photos always make me smile, especially this one.
A tiny critter had trudged through the sand, leaving it's heart behind!

Thank you, Jill, for sharing your heart ... and for having one of the most unique blog names around - "Count Your Chicken! We're Taking Over!"

Sunny over at "Barnyard and Barnacles" makes me smile with every post. She leads a busy life, and has been looking for hearts for a while.

I have a surprise for Sunny ... there are hearts in unexpected places ... if you look close enough!
Do you see the hearts in Sunny's picture?
Check the wing of the bee ...
And the petals of the flower ...
They may be faint, but they are there!!!

Thank you, Sunny, for brightening my days, and for sharing your heart!

Tammie Lee's photography is some of the best I've ever seen. Her blog "Spirithelpers" combines this photography with poetry that makes me smile ... and sometimes even brings me to tears. I appreciate her so much!

You don't have to look very hard to find the heart in this shot, but it may take you a while simply because you will probably become lost in the rugged beauty of this mountain!

Thank you, Tammie Lee, for sharing your heart!

Tammie Lee has another side ... we know she is a wonderful photographer, and a gifted writer ... well she is also an amazing ARTIST!!!

Check out Tammie Lee's art at her blog "Beauty Flows".
Because beauty DOES flow here, you will see!

Thank you, Tammie Lee, for sharing your heart!

As always - huge thank you to all who participated in Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing all of the delightful hearts you found in your world!

Guest Heart Thursday #44

Welcome to Guest Heart Thursday -
A place to share YOUR heart!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

The last thing I expected from Texas ...
Was a snow heart.
So when I was sent this link, I had to check it out!

And found "Ladybug From Texas".
And a beautiful snow heart!!!

Thank you, Deb, for sharing your giant Texas snow heart!
And thank you, Texwisgirl, for sharing the link!

Joan is part of the hugely popular and fun "Daily Photo" group of bloggers.
When I visited her blog, "Charleston Daily Photo", I found another reason why!

Joan found this beautiful doorway heart at Hadrian's Wall, U.K. - while hiking England coast to coast!

Thank you, Joan, for sharing your beautiful city, and your heart.
Thank you, Pamela, for finding it!

Judy, over at "Lilac Gate", has been playing with her food ... again.
And look - she found hearts in her cucumber!

It just goes to show that veggies are good for your heart, right? (smile)

If you haven't checked out Judy's blog, you really should. She takes amazing macros of plants and flowers - and I love re-discovering the world through her eyes!

Thank you, Judy, for sharing your heart!

Another of my favorite places to go ... "Wanderin' Weeta (With Waterfowl and Weeds)" is Susannah's amazing blog.

Susannah taught me to look down. And see the tiny life that surrounds us. When you visit her blog, you will find out what I mean!

Thank you, Susannah, for your inspiration - and for sharing your hearts.

Tammie Lee is one of the most talented photographer/poets I have ever seen. When my spirits need lifting, I go as quickly as I can to her blog - "Spirithelpers". And ALWAYS find my spirit helped, and my soul uplifted.

Do you see the shadow heart along her garden path?
It sparks my imagination!

Thank you, Tammie Lee, for sharing the beauty of your world, your spirit - and your heart.

As always - huge thank you to all who participated in Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing all of the delightful hearts you found in your world!

Guest Heart Thursday #39

Welcome to Guest Heart Thursday -
A place to share YOUR hearts!

Darlene is a wonderfully talented artist, whose blog "A Dancing Mango" delights my soul. Darlene has been an inspiration and encouragement to me, and I appreciate her so much.

Is it any wonder that her beautiful home is graced by this stained glass heart?
I'M not surprised!

Thank you, Darlene, for sharing your heart!

Tammie Lee's blog "Spirithelpers" is more than just pictures and words.
Her photographs are pure magic, her words strike home to my soul.
Always.

This delicate yellow flower heart sighs of spring and warms my heart.

Thank you, Tammie Lee, for sharing your heart!

Bhavesh has done it again - he's gone and found a heart without realizing it!
Please check out his wonderful "BLOG"! His photography is excellent; his sense of humor is wonderful, and his love of India is apparent.

Thank you, Bhavesh, for yet again sharing your heart!

This ATC (Artist Trading Card) is tiny - just 2-1/2" x 3-1/2".
Yet it packs a giant artistic punch!
It is made by my nephew, Jon (he's just 14!), and posted on his blog "Nyuura's Random Art"

I am so proud of you, Jon!
Please believe in the artist you have in your heart.

And thank you for sharing your art - and your heart!

Cheryl has the eye. I really mean it! You just have to visit her blogs "March to March" and "Nostalgia: Yesterday and Today" to know what I mean.

Cheryl was doing some internet surfing when she came across this photo of two Coast Guard boats doing high speed maneuvers at sea. Right away she saw the heart!

Thank you, Cheryl, for the inspiration you are to me!
And thank you for sharing your heart!

As always - huge thank you to all who participated in Guest Heart Thursday last week. I loved seeing all of the delightful hearts you found in your world!

Guest Heart Thursday #3

Love lives in ones heart
in the form of wings
made of light
take flight

This beautiful heart was found by the wonderful and talented Tammie Lee at Spirithelpers.

My friend, you always give wings to my day,
Light to my world.

Then there is my dear friend and sister Beth's Elk Dung Heart she found during a challenge a we gave each other last year. Isn't this one of the most unique hearts ever?

Beth is an amazing artist, and if you aren't familiar with her work, you are missing out!

Abe Lincoln is a wonderful man, married to the equally wonderful Patty.
Abe takes the most amazing pictures of birds for his Birds Blog, and right away I noticed the Starling he posted had the most amazing little hearts all over it's back.

Thank you Tammie Lee, Beth and Abe, for being part of Guest Heart Thursday.
It really is MY HONOR.

Have you found a random heart?
Please leave a comment here, with a link to the heart ... and your permission for me to copy the heart and post it here on Guest Heart Thursday!
